1. Current status: PREVIEW_ONLY
The v1.3.0 form does not transmit a lead. No endpoint, API, webhook, CRM, email recipient, provider network, SMS service, or call provider is configured. The preview is designed to validate copy, accessibility, consent evidence, and error handling before a destination is approved.
2. What a live request may do
After explicit Production approval, a request may be sent to one or more independent service providers or an approved lead processor, but only as described in the final form and Privacy Policy. The actual recipient type, number of recipients, information fields, communication methods, geographic availability, storage, onward transfer, and deletion process must be documented first.
3. Independent providers
HomeFixHelpHQ is not a contractor and does not perform the work. Providers are independent third parties. A request does not require you to hire anyone and does not guarantee a response, appointment, quote, price, availability, or result.
Unless a documented screening program is expressly stated, providers are not represented as verified, vetted, approved, certified, trusted, licensed, or insured. Check those matters yourself.
4. Compensation
HomeFixHelpHQ may receive compensation when you submit a request, are connected with a provider, or purchase services. The exact trigger and recipient arrangement must be updated here when the commercial model is finalized.
5. Service communication and marketing
The preview includes a separate provider-sharing and service-contact authorization. It does not request marketing consent. If marketing, autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, or promotional texts are introduced, they require separate analysis, clear identification of the parties and methods, and a separate optional consent where required.
6. Data and consent record
The planned evidence record includes the exact checkbox text, policy versions, timestamp, source page, selected service, contact authorization, destination, transfer result, and errors. The Production system must validate and sanitize data server-side, protect secrets, encrypt transmission, prevent duplicate submissions, rate-limit abuse, and avoid unnecessary sensitive logs.
7. Production activation gate
Production remains blocked until the destination and processors are approved; contracts and data-processing terms are reviewed; the Privacy Policy matches the code; server-side validation, anti-bot, rate limiting, idempotency, secure logging, timeout and retry behavior are tested; and explicit launch approval is recorded.
